- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with European Union Consumer Protection Regulations, customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a specific reason.

Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Return Costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as refunds can only be processed upon successful receipt and inspection.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We implement strict quality control before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or functionally defective, please notify us within 48 hours (recommended) to expedite the claims process.
Required Documentation:
Your Order Number.
Clear photographs or video of the damaged item and the external shipping packaging (including the shipping label).
Resolution:
Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or a complimentary replacement at no additional cost to you. For confirmed transit damage, you are generally not required to return the damaged unit, reducing the environmental impact of shipping.
- SHIPPING & LOGISTICS TRANSPARENCY
We operate a Direct-to-Consumer model, fulfilling all orders from our proprietary inventory.
Dispatch Location: All orders are shipped from our logistics facility in Singapore.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days via premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority).
Customs & Duties: All orders to Europe are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We handle all import taxes and customs fees, ensuring no additional charges for our customers upon delivery.
Delayed Shipments: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we offer a 100% refund or reshipment.

- REFUND PROCESSING & SECURITY
We adhere to strict financial compliance standards to ensure your payment security.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited exclusively back to the original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or third parties.
Processing Timeframe: Once the refund is initiated, please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. This duration is determined by your financial institution’s processing speed.
Order Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has entered the “Dispatched” stage, it must follow the standard Return Process.
